Great to be part of this kickass #naturalhigh that happened on top of #TableMountain this morning (way before most of #CapeTown woke up, I might add) 🌅 😊👌
Much of the stoke came from sharing it with Jeff Ayliffe, an adventure-mate of note, who bagged an epic Handstand #332 as part of his on-going #Handstand365 Project. This feat of incredible balance and core strength took place on top of the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway #TMAC cable car, and I was lucky enough to have a grandstand view of the action from the adjacent gondola roof.
