A day spent in the mountains always feeds the soul. And if those mountains happens to be the rugged ranges skylining below the craggy #CocksCombpeaks, all the better.

The only downside here has been that the #oZoneAfrica crew only had one night at #MountIngwe Lodge on the remote #ElandsRiver road. A #BoerWarMuseum, #mtb trails, great #hiking and #4X4 routes, cycad forests, and dozens of nightjars punctuating the dead-still night … another place we have to come back to ????

The #Kouga Region has consistently impressed, from the ocean to the inland mountains, especially the towns of #patensie and #hankey here on the edge of the #baviaanskloof and #grootrivier. Huge thanks to Nichola and the #KougaTourism who never fail to make us feel welcome …
