Plains! Trains! Velomobiles! How can you not be excited by a multi-day mountain bike tour that combines Karoo plains, olde-worlde rail travel and – best of all – brilliant bike trail bombing in five of South Africa’s nine provinces?

I was fortunate enough to join Wikus and Zane for part of the#RideTheRail Recce a couple of weeks back, but haven’t had time to upload an album of this bike-plus-trains #adventureyet. Riders will indulge in craft beers, gourmet cuisine and comfortable sleeping cabooses on the#PremierClasse train, and wake up every moning, ready to rock a fresh new #MTB adventure.
