We learn new skills, reinvent ourselves, assimilate cutting-edge tech, blend it with old-school wisdom, and in the process create brilliant ways to share YOUR stories.

I get that #AI is catalyzing a generational change, but hear this: if you do not know how to brief that machine, you’re f*cked. Plus, you’ll end up wasting days creating words and images, and still end up looking like a badly-tuned algorithm. So, here’s the deal: either pay good photographers and journalists, or pay a good ‘Algorithm Wrangler’ … there’s no in-between.

Speaking of #LittleGuys – they excite me in the wild, way more than the Big 5 ever could. This little grey tree-frog was hiding in my coffee cup, and I was very chuffed to discover him before adding boiling water. In a way, he’s like all of us out there – ducking and diving to live his best life. I parked him in a tree overlooking the Zambezi, and he sure looked pretty pleased as he gazed upon that great, green-brown river.
