Into #Week9 of this re-adjusted life, and still chipping away slowly at regaining my range of movement. We’ve escaped to Stanford Valley Guest Farm, one of our favourite places in the whole of #ZA, for a few days, and there’s no better place to reconnect with #nature. Morning #yoga under the pear trees, forest trail tramping, #fynbos cranking and long, slow dams swims … soon I will be the doggy-paddling champion of the world 
It’s been at least two months since our last road trip in the Isuzu South Africa #isuzuMUX, but it feels damn fine to be getting some downtime with Karyn Marais and the littlies
