It’s nearly that time of year, and – after an enforced hiatus of two years – the annual Silver Mountain Music Festival is finally back! This event is about so much more than world-class classical composers, musicians and tenors though, so get yourself to Grootvadersbosch Conservancy to experience sublime wines, handcrafted beers, locally roasted coffee, farm-to-table food and one of my favourite rural communities in South Africa.
